Do you charge sales tax?
No. The sales tax law states “Gross receipts from the sale of U.S. Postal Service stamps sold for the purpose of postage are not subject to tax.”

Do postage stamps expire?
No, all unused U.S. stamps from the first stamp issued in 1847 can be used today to mail letters and packages, even paying for additional services such as tracking and insurance. This means you can save big on shipping costs by using old-fashioned stamps because they are sold in bulk at a discount. All you need to do is make the required rate with stamps.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?
Yes, you can receive an invoice from our site via email.

What Exactly happens after ordering?
If you purchase US stamps from our shop, we’ll send the order to our warehouse for prompt delivery. After making your purchase, you will receive the items in 3-7 business days. In order to provide you a satisfied shopping experience, we will also upload your parcel tracking number on our website.
 
What should I do if I want to exchange or return?
We are aware that because you have been waiting for a while, the last thing you want to get is a broken box or an inferior goods. Not to worry. For your benefit, we have a transparent refund and return policy. You will have 14 days to return your order and get your money back if there is a problem. We also have a 30-day return policy starting from the day we receive your item. We will send a postage-paid return email to your mailing address, making the return procedure simple. Simply return the order to us in unused condition, and we’ll take care of the rest. As soon as we are informed that the email has been returned, we will issue a refund to you. Normally, our confirmation email will be sent once your payment is complete. If you do not receive your order confirmation, it may have gone into your promotions or spam folder.
